Mike Kaul is Sentilla’s chief executive officer. He has over 20 years of software industry experience. He was President and CEO of diCarta, the leader in enterprise contract management software. Prior to diCarta, Mike was Chairman of BuildPoint, CEO of HotDispatch and Vice president and General Manager of Attachmate Corporation's Business Solutions Group. Mike also held various executive positions at Oracle Corporation, first as Vice President of U.S. marketing, then as Vice President of Advanced Technologies, and finally as Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's New Technologies Division. Earlier in his career, Mike was a U.S. Air Force pilot. |

Joe Polastre is co-founder and chief technology officer at Sentilla. Joe is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s global technology, product, and market strategy.
Winner of the 2009 Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal 40 Under 40 award and named one of BusinessWeek’s Best Young Tech Entrepreneurs, Joe often speaks about energy management and the role of physical computing -- where information from the physical world is used to make energy efficiency decisions. Before joining Sentilla, Joe held software development and product manager positions with IBM, Microsoft, and Intel. Joe is active in numerous organizations, including The Green Grid, US Green Building Council, ACM, and IEEE. Joe holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University. |

Eddie White is senior vice president of business development. Eddie is responsible for building strategic alliances with industry leaders to accelerate adoption of Sentilla's offerings. Eddie has over 20 years experience in business development and strategic alliance management, covering the full breadth of the technology stack, from silicon to software. Having worked in both start-ups and large systems vendors, Eddie has monetized strategic relationships with companies such as VMware, IBM, Dell and HP. Prior to joining Sentilla, Eddie served as vice president of worldwide business development at CA, where he led the development and growth of key strategic alliances across the storage and data center management businesses. Before joining CA, Eddie managed business development at Adaptec and also worked previously for Intel, Eurologic Systems and Viking.

Craig Nelson is vice president of North American Sales. Craig is responsible for North American sales strategy and execution, both direct and through our channel partnerships. He has two decades of experience in the financial and technology markets in both small and large organizations. Prior to Sentilla, Craig held senior management positions at SS8 Networks, Alcatel, Lucent and Sprint.

Ranvir Wadera is senior vice president of product development. Ranvir brings to Sentilla more than 20 years of product development and management experience in both entrepreneurial and large company environments.Before joining Sentilla, he was founder and CEO of Rjenda, a SaaS solution for the education market. Prior to Rjenda, he was vice president of product development for query and reporting tools at Hyperion/Oracle, managing over 275 people worldwide. Prior to Hyperion, Ranvir was vice president of product development at Business Objects, where he developed an analytic applications platform that grew rapidly to become a significant part of Business Object’s revenue. Early in his career, he also held roles in product development at Oracle and developer and manager in India.
Ranvir received his undergraduate and post graduate degrees in India from the University of Delhi and the International Management Institute with follow up technical education from UC Berkeley. |

Cory Sharp is co-founder and heads Sentilla's Engineering Team. He is a key part of our technical innovation and engineering efforts since inception. Prior to leading engineering at Sentilla, Cory served as Principal Architect, where he was responsible for the core design of Sentilla's software platform. Cory previously held development positions at Lucent and project managed DARPA's research on embedded networked systems at UC Berkeley.

Rob Szewczyk is Co-founder and Principal Engineer for Sentilla Corporation. Rob is the primary developer behind Sentilla's software platform and energy management technology. Rob's experience stems from his work with large data sets and data analysis, stemming from pioneering remote sensing projects. Prior to Sentilla, he held development positions at JavaSoft/Sun, Intel, and Quaartz. He also co-invented a low-level language for networking systems, and was a founder of the TinyOS embedded operating system project.
